if you get tested for herpes you will find that you have it, I’M SERIOUS, get tested, you probably have HSV1, its everywhere, i got it when i was a kid, how? drank from same bottle? ate from dirty utensils? sharing food?

wrong. the blood test detects the ANTIBODIES. Not the virus itself. Herpes is not a blood borne pathogen. and it is not transmissible in saliva or genital secretions. it transmits via skin to skin contact.

No, your wrong again. The herpes blood test does not detect the presence of the virus itself, but the viral antibodies generated by your body in response to a herpes infection. HOWEVER, herpes DOES travel in the bloodstream, and it can also be transmitted through saliva, or other ‘wet’ secretions from the oral or genital area. Doctors are able to detect herpes through BLOOD tests……
