No you cannot get herpes if you have not had contact with somebody. You should go to the doctor and they can figure it out.

it could be anything like jock itch, chaffing, boils, papules, pimples, ingrown hairs, razzor burn.
u would have to have sex with some one other then yourself in order to get herpes. the person u have sex with has to have herpes in order to pass it on.
u could have a urinary tract infection or bacteria build up. u would be in a lot more pain then if u had herpes. best to get that checked out if your worried.
