Sorry to hear about all of that. It can be tough when your alone. It may take a bit of determination but you can do it. Many people with herpes go on to find loving relationships. You have to be careful not to tell them too early in the relationship but do tell them if you want to take things to being intimate. You can tell them at the start if you want to be really honest with them and see how they react. If they do run then you don’t need them, they will only end up treating you like you have the plague. Not too many guys are willing to accept some one who has herpes so you may want to prepare your self for some rejection or adverse reactions. Do some research on herpes before you decide to tell your partners so you have all the facts and can answer their questions. I think what most people are afraid of when it comes to herpes, is eventually getting it them selves but there are measures you can take to prevent your partner from getting herpes. If you having real trouble you can always try one of those std dating sites, you can find some one that has the same thing as you who might be more understanding and accepting.
I have HSV1 and HSV2 as well but I’m still living with the guy who gave them to me.

Don’t feel discouraged, just because you have an STD doesn’t mean your life is over. In fact herpes is actually quite common. One out of 4 women have type 2 and 1 out of 8 men. Also alot of studies show that controlling the outbreaks and being very careful during sex can significantly reduce the likeliness of transmission. I would work on personality first, and be honest with people your gonna be okay!
