Soo this is extreamly effective and if your friends husband takes it she could get pregnant without contracting the virus =]..tell your friend i said good luck and i hope this info helps ya!

They should just have unprotected intercourse during times when he is not having an outbreak.. Many people with herpes are with their partners for years without ever infecting them.
Herpes is most infectious during outbreaks, and is sometimes infectious between outbreaks – but that doesn’t mean that you are always infectious. My husband and I have been together for six years now, and he hasn’t caught my genital herpes.
Also, condoms don’t do much to protect against herpes, so if this couple thinks that they are protecting each other from herpes by using condoms, then they need to learn more about this disease.
Finally, as she should know, herpes is difficult, but its really nothing horrible. It’s not fatal. It doesn’t lead to infertility or other diseases. It’s basically just an annoyance. If a baby isn’t worth risking herpes, then I don’t know what is.
For a lot of good information about herpes, including a great page on herpes and pregancy, I suggest the website below.
Good luck.
