you could possibly have herpes because of something you had touched and clothing and randomt hings so dont rule that out!
Go to your doctor and get tested, really!
Herpes comes out like twice a year ish? Under stress.
however it could be razor bumps, like razor burn!

Combating Genital Herpes
If your recurring bumps are in the hair area, more than likely you have an ingrown hair, or an infected pore. Both will cause lumps under the skin and boils. They can get very bad if not treated.
If they are happening in your underwear line area, the friction could be causing it. It could be any number of reasons. I’ve had these a lot over the years. For a long time, I got them all the time (once every month or so), but now they only come back once in a while.
You can treat them by using hot compresses and drawing ointment with a bandage. You may have to lance them if they don’t rupture on their own.
