Since Herpes is dormit how soon would I be able to be tested if the condom broke during?

   you should know any time . i caught it and i remember right after i had sex with that person when i urinated it hurt real bad. i did not have that problem before we had sex. so i believe you should be able to find out right then..

   the blood test can give u some false results so if your going this rout u may want to wait a couple of months until u have built up enough anti-bodies of herpes to test for. herpes can lie dormant for months even years. if u don’t have an out beak then this would be the best way to go and keep getting tested regularly, even if it comes back negative. herpes can take time to build symptoms and anti-bodies.
   there is a 1 in 5 chance (if your in north america) that u could have genital herpes, so there is a good chance that u could not have herpes.80 percent has the oral type, so its possible that u could have gotten oral herpes (cold sores) at a young age and not even remembered having an out break then never had one since.
   for genital herpes u would know from symptoms like
   itching, and or burning and or tingling sensations under the skin of the genitals.
   burning or trouble when peeing
   swollen genitals
   flu like symptoms (fever and sore muscles)
   symptoms for oral herpes (cold sores) include
   itcihng, and or burning, and or tingling sensations all at one spot on the lips and or around the mouth. then a sore,blister or cut like thing appears.
   if u really want to know then get tested for herpes. that is the only way to find out for sure if u have herpes or not.
