Depends on what type she has as there are many strands. If she has genital herpes it is mainly spread through sexual contact. If she has cold sores and such and they are seaping the bacteria can be spread. You cannot get herpes from the toilet seat and such. It would have to be direct contact with her vaginal fluids. So I would say just from playing with other children she will not be able to spread the disease.

well depending on what type of herpes were talking about here..you were a bit vague on your question…if youre talking about cold sores then there’s a chance she can get it if she kisses him or shares a glass and immediately drinks right after the child…what people do not know we all carry the virus( type 1 oral herpes0, some people in small amounts to where they never have an outbreak..
