So I am experiencing my first outbreak. I'm freaking out a bit. Any useful advise is much needed. I'm sort of an emmotional wreck right now. Started on meds yesterday and throughout today the outbreak has gotten much worse. I am a runner and so that's not an option for a few days. Too painful...so there goes my stress relief. How long do outbreaks last. The frustration is that I have no idea when I came in contact with H and not sure who I have to thank for my luck. Please help with any advise.
