I have around 2 salt water baths a day and dry myself with a hairdryer. is there anything i can do to make this pain stop, i pretty much burst into tears every time i move. is it possible to get stronger pain meds from a doctor for herpes?

I have had genital herpes for 20 years. The very first outbreak was bad, but then it got to the point I rarely ever had one. I recently had a major surgery and after they removed the catheter, I have this huge blown outbreak of herpes and it's killing with the pain and swelling. I need relief. Help!!
